Our goal for this week is to offer a “Taste of Greensburg”. Greensburg is just one of your many destinations throughout this Laurel Highlands experience, so it is our goal to show what the greensburg dining experience has to offer. I am preparing a three course menu that will be offered all week as a bundle package for both lunch and dinner. The price will be $20.15, in accordance with the Laurel Highlands theme.

Chipotle candied apple-wood bacon & bleu cheese salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mixed greens, and roasted shallot vinaigrette


Maryland blue crab soup with roasted corn & peppers, old bay tomato broth

Second Course

Filet tip & porcini mushroom pasta purses w/ wild mushrooms, garlic, shallots finished in a gorgonzola truffle cream sauce


Sesame crusted Ahi tuna fillet over ginger cilantro rice pilaf with asian vegetable slaw and teriyaki

Third Course

Vanilla Bean Creme Brûlée
